2023 Australian Precision Agriculture Symposium

In September 2023, the Australian Precision Agricultural Symposium was hosted by the Society of Precision Agriculture Australia and the University of Sydney and held at the Swan River Hotel in Perth WA. 

Professor Michael Walsh, Agricultural Theme Lead at CEI:AgER, opened the Symposium with a discussion of novel weed control technologies for the Australian cropping industry. CEI:AgER Director Associate Professor Andrew Guzzomi spoke about targeted tillage as an effective weed control method, and its evolution within Australian cropping systems and globally.
